Mid-level Site Civil Engineer

Role Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Management & Coordination : Oversee and coordinate work activities between all project packages to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Progress Leadership : Lead all work activities to ensure the project progresses according to schedule, identifying any delays or obstacles and addressing them promptly.
• Cross-disciplinary Knowledge : Utilize a strong background in various engineering fields (Architecture, MEP, Systems) to facilitate effective collaboration across different teams.
• Technical Document Handling : Review and manage shop drawings , technical office documents , technical submittals , and other related documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Supervision : Supervise and monitor all civil works, including finishing items and related activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to the approved plans and designs.

• Mobility : Willingness to work at multiple locations and adapt to changes in worksite requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-7 years of proven experience in civil engineering, particularly in coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings , technical submittals , and civil engineering documentation.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Previous experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in technical office operations and managing various civil engineering packages.
