Mid Level - Full Stack.Net Software Engineer, Enterprise Permits & Licensing

We are looking for an API Integration Consultant with strong .NET development skills and a solid understanding of Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EPL).

This role will work directly with clients and internal teams to design, build, and support reliable integrations between EPL and external systems.

• Consult with clients to understand their business processes, technical environments, and integration requirements.
• Translate client needs into scalable API and system-integration solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and support RESTful APIs and services using .NET and C#.
• Build integrations between EPL solutions and client or third-party applications.
• Develop a strong understanding of EPL frameworks, APIs, business models, and workflows.
• Provide clients with technical recommendations, integration guidance, and implementation support.
• Lead technical discussions and clearly explain solution designs to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Create API specifications, data mappings, integration diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex API, data, authentication, performance, and system-integration issues.
• Review client integration designs and recommend improvements based on established standards and best practices.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate integration approaches when needed.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and secure development practices.
• Build automated unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, implementation, and client teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work within an Agile development environment and provide technical guidance to less-experienced team members.
