Strong design eye and conceptual approach with proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, and Enscape or V-Ray.
Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM, including model development and drawing package production.
Confident technical and multidisciplinary coordination across architectural, MEP, and structural requirements.
Experience with fast-paced or fast-track projects, including high-rise or commercial developments.
