- Lead full cycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from requirements gathering to go live and post deployment support
- Conduct business process analysis, gap fit assessments, and functional design workshops
- Configure Business Central modules with a focus on Manufacturing, Inventory, Production Planning, MRP, Shop Floor, and Warehouse Management
- Coordinate and execute UAT, data migration validation, and cutover activities
- Provide hyper care support during and after go live
- Analyse and optimize manufacturing workflows such as production orders, routing and BOM management, and quality control processes
- Support integration of Power BI dashboards with Business Central
- Assist users in adopting data driven decision making through embedded analytics
