- Troubleshoot and resolve application, platform, and infrastructure related issues across the environment
- Investigate and troubleshoot database related issues, including writing and analyzing SQL queries
- Use log analysis tools (e.g., Azure Log Analytics or similar) to identify root causes and drive resolution
- Take ownership of incidents end to end, from identification through resolution and closure
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders throughout the issue resolution lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate and resolve complex, distributed system issues
- Operate effectively and calmly under pressure, particularly during live incident scenarios
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technical operations, application support, or similar role
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving application or platform related issues
- Familiarity with log analysis tools (e.g., Azure Log Analytics or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
- Strong experience in network analysis and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience troubleshooting UI and browser related issues
- Arabic speaker
- Experience with government entities in the UAE (Preferred)
- Exposure to Databricks (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of cloud based environments (Preferred)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, platform, and infrastructure related issues across the environment
- Investigate and troubleshoot database related issues, including writing and analyzing SQL queries
- Use log analysis tools (e.g., Azure Log Analytics or similar) to identify root causes and drive resolution

- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders throughout the issue resolution lifecycle, providing timely updates and clear explanations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate and resolve complex, distributed system issues
- Operate effectively and calmly under pressure, particularly during live incident scenarios
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technical operations, application support, or a similar role
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving application or platform related issues
- Familiarity with log analysis tools (e.g., Azure Log Analytics or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python, with the ability to query and investigate data independently
- Strong experience in network analysis and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience troubleshooting UI and browser related issues

- Structured and methodical approach to problem solving, particularly in complex or distributed environments
- Ability to effectively engage with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive issues to closure independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable operating under pressure during incident scenarios
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
- Experience with government entities in the UAE
- Exposure to Databricks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview
- Basic understanding of cloud based environments
