- Establish and support an internal champions network to encourage sustainable adoption.
- Define, measure, and report on value realization metrics, including productivity improvements, automation benefits, and Copilot assisted outcomes.
- Provide business focused recommendations, roadmaps, and executive reporting aligned to organizational goals.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 adoption, digital workplace, business analysis, or change management roles.

Role Overview
- The Microsoft 365 Adoption Success Manager & Business Analyst is responsible for driving the successful adoption and value realization of Microsoft 365 across the organization.
- Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, this business focused role identifies opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity, automation, and user experience through effective use of M365 capabilities.
- The role is focused on business engagement, process improvement, adoption, and change enablement rather than technical implementation.
