Role Overview

  • The Microsoft 365 Adoption Success Manager & Business Analyst is responsible for driving the successful adoption and value realization of Microsoft 365 across the organization.
  • Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, this business focused role identifies opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity, automation, and user experience through effective use of M365 capabilities.
  • The role is focused on business engagement, process improvement, adoption, and change enablement rather than technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze and map current state and future state business processes to Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Identify and develop practical M365 use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concept activities to showcase M365 value.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 services including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Power BI, Entra, Purview, Defender, Intune, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Establish and support an internal champions network to encourage sustainable adoption.
  • Define, measure, and report on value realization metrics, including productivity improvements, automation benefits, and Copilot assisted outcomes.
  • Provide business focused recommendations, roadmaps, and executive reporting aligned to organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 adoption, digital workplace, business analysis, or change management roles.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, workshop, and communication skills.
  • Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and adoption strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 capabilities and their business applications.
  • Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Profile

  • Business oriented and outcome focused rather than deeply technical.
  • Proactive, consultative, and customer focused mindset.
  • Experience working with organizations in the early stages of Microsoft 365 adoption.
  • Comfortable working in regulated, secure, or sensitive environments.
