Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in identity management, messaging systems, and endpoint management.
The candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Intune.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage
- Microsoft 365 environments
- Configure and manage
Active Directory (Ad)
and
Entra Id (Azure Ad)
- Handle
- Exchange Online (mailbox creation, migration, and management)
- Implement and manage
Microsoft Intune
- for device and application management
- Perform
- mailbox migrations
- (on-premises to cloud / hybrid setups)
- Manage identity synchronization using
Azure Ad Connect
- Configure
- security & compliance policies
(MFA, Conditional Access, DLP)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues (L2/L3 support)
- Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
- Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
+ Microsoft 365 (O365 Suite)
- + **Active Directory & Group Policy**
- + **Entra ID (Azure AD)**
- + **Exchange Online**
- + **Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager**
- Experience in
- identity and access management (IAM)
- Knowledge of
- hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud integration)
- Good understanding of
- mail flow, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
