Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled L2 Data Center Engineer with strong experience in Nutanix infrastructure to manage, support, and optimize data center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support
- Nutanix HCI infrastructure
- Perform cluster configuration, upgrades, and patching
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
- Handle incident management (L2 level) and root cause analysis
- Work on backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Collaborate with L1 teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and SOPs
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with
Nutanix AHV, Prism, AOS
- Good knowledge of virtualization concepts
- Experience in storage, compute, and networking in DC environments
- Familiarity with backup tools and DR strategies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP)
- VMware or other virtualization certifications (optional)
