Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant to bridge business requirements with technical execution.
- The role involves gathering and analyzing business needs, customizing Dynamics 365 solutions, managing integrations, and enabling end user adoption.
- The consultant will collaborate with partners, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver optimized, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Business Process Optimization & Alignment: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders; Translate requirements into functional specifications; Liaise with partners to ensure alignment and execution of business processes.
- Solution Delivery Excellence: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), JavaScript, plugins, workflows; Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage application lifecycle, backups and disaster recovery, security and compliance.
- End User Enablement & Adoption: Provide L1 support to business users; Escalate issues to partners for L2/L3 support; Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Technical Enablement & Automation: Develop and manage reports using Power BI and built in D365 reporting tools; Support PL/SQL development and troubleshooting; Automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization and extension.
