Role

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform.
• Experience in enterprise environments and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide Copilot adoption and embedding AI into business workflows.
• Expertise with custom agents, connectors, secure data integration, and Copilot Studio configurations.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, senior leaders, and IT teams on scalable AI solutions.
• Ability to measure productivity gains, refine use cases, and support change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic speaking ability is preferred.
• Experience in AI adoption programs or enterprise digital transformation is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, and AI compliance is preferred.
• Microsoft AI, Copilot, or related cloud certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Design custom Copilot agents, connectors, secure data integrations, and Copilot Studio configurations.
• Create AI agents and automate workflows to improve enterprise productivity.
• Drive enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption by embedding AI into business workflows.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs.
• Collaborate with business users, senior leadership, and IT teams to define AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Measure productivity gains and refine Copilot use cases based on feedback.
• Support change management for sustained AI adoption and value realization.
