Job Summary
RiDiK is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to support its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role involves meaningful projects, collaboration with colleagues, continuous learning, and contribution to company growth.
Approximately three years of experience are specified for the role.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement Copilot solutions, including custom agents, connectors, secure data integration, and Copilot Studio configurations.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs.
- Drive enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption by embedding AI into business workflows.
- Work with business users, senior leadership, and IT teams to define use cases and create scalable AI solutions.
- Measure productivity gains, refine use cases from feedback, and support change management for sustained adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio is required.
- Hands-on experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation is required.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform, is required.
