- Conduct stakeholder workshops, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Promote collaboration, automation, and Copilot adoption
- Define adoption metrics and measure business value
- Develop adoption roadmaps and build internal champions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365/Office 365 Adoption, Digital Workplace, or Business Analysis
- Strong experience with business process mapping and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Intune, Purview, Defender, Viva, Entra, and Microsoft Graph
- Experience driving digital transformation and user adoption initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Available to work on site in Abu Dhabi
- Able to work independently and engage with senior business stakeholders

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Adoption Success Manager & Business Analyst to drive Microsoft 365 adoption, improve business processes, and help organizations maximize the value of Microsoft 365 solutions.
