- Develop both inbound and outbound MICE business
- Prepare revenue projections with rationale and assumptions
- Serve as primary contact for inbound/outbound MICE and business events
- Conduct R&D for new avenues and niche destinations
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and tourism offices
- Proactively identify new accounts and business opportunities
- Create a calendar of prime business events and target share capture
- Communicate value propositions through bids, proposals, and quotations
- Manage pipeline, sales projections, and closing of sales
- Cultivate relationships with key corporate decision makers
- Arrange site inspection trips and evaluate properties
- Define Standard Quality Levels and SOPs for service delivery
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Business or Tourism
- Minimum 8 10 years of UAE or Gulf MICE experience with a leading travel management company
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good commercial acumen, meticulous and detail oriented
- People management skills
- Resilience and adaptability

Overview
- We are looking for a MICE Manager who oversees the end to end planning and sales of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions.
- They act as a bridge between corporate clients, event planners, and suppliers to coordinate logistics, negotiate contracts, and drive lucrative group bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing both inbound and outbound MICE.
- Revenue Projections based on rationale, assumptions, basis and working notes.
- Primary key contact for both inbound/outbound MICE and business events.
- Regular R&D for new avenues and niche destinations.
- Relationship Management with internal stakeholders, suppliers, tourism offices.
- Proactively identify new account/customer and business opportunities.
- Manifest a Calendar of prime business events and target share capture.
- Communicate value propositions through bids, proposals, quotations.
- Business/Customer acquisition manage pipeline, sales projections, closing.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key corporate decision makers.
- Arrange site inspection trips and evaluate property, facilities, services.
- Define Standard Quality Levels and robust SOP for service delivery.
Core Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Business or Tourism.
- Minimum 8 10 years UAE/Gulf MICE experience with leading travel management company.
- Fluency in English mandatory; Arabic and/or European Languages an advantage.
- Good commercial acumen, meticulous, detail oriented, drive for results.
