Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in hotel operations or a related professional area.

Preferred Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in human resources, business administration, or a related major.
• Prior hotel-based hourly Generalist, Human Resources Manager, or hotel operations leadership experience.
• Multilingual experience and TC2 or adult learning/platform skills certification.

Learning Delivery and Compliance

• Facilitate core required and brand training for hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders.
• Verify training programs follow standard operating procedures and meet business objectives.
• Monitor required training compliance and coordinate participant follow-up.
• Record learning accurately in myLearning and use Reports & Analytics tools.

Leadership Development

• Advise users on the Leadership Learning Guide and other leadership development resources.
• Assist with Performance Development Plans, Management Development & Readiness Process activities, and Voyager programs.

Stakeholder Relationships

• Consult with hotel and department leaders to understand challenges and deliver learning solutions.
• Partner with General Managers, HR Leaders, and Operations Leaders to align learning with business goals.
• Manage property-related problem resolution and performance issues.
