REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 1 year of experience • Preferred Fields of Study: Academic program that aligns with internship focus area • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Authorization to work in country of employment without sponsorship • Previous internship experience preferred but not required • Ability to meet physical requirements specific to role and work environment • Willingness to learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies • Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance standards • Foreign language skills may be required for some international positions
