Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) from concept to execution
- Focus on building high converting Lead Generation campaigns using advanced audience research and precise targeting tailored to the UAE B2B/B2C market
- Design and produce engaging ad creatives (visuals, short videos/reels) and write compelling ad copy that complies with Meta’s policies
- Monitor daily ad performance, manage budgets efficiently, and conduct A/B Testing to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports analyzing key metrics, conversion rates, and ROI
- Effectively leverage AI tools to improve ad copywriting, asset creation, and campaign efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience specializing in Meta Ads / Paid Social media management
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel setup, custom audiences, Canva, and basic video editing tools
- Prior experience marketing for professional services (Taxation, Audit, Accounting, or Business Consultancy) within the UAE is highly preferred
- Ready to join the team immediately

Overview
- Tulpar Global Taxation is seeking a data driven and creative Meta Ads Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive high quality lead generation and strengthen our corporate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) from concept to execution
- Lead Generation: Focus on building high converting Lead Generation campaigns, utilizing advanced audience research and precise targeting tailored to the UAE B2B/B2C market
- Ad Creative & Copywriting: Design and produce engaging ad creatives (visuals, short videos/reels) and write compelling ad copy that complies with Meta’s policies
- Optimization & Testing: Monitor daily ad performance, manage budgets efficiently, and conduct A/B Testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages) to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports analyzing key metrics, conversion rates, and ROI
- AI Integration: Effectively leverage AI tools to improve ad copywriting, asset creation, and campaign efficiency
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
