Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, pumps, motors, lighting systems, and HVAC equipment.
Inspect MEP systems regularly and report faults or abnormalities.
Carry out plumbing works including pipe repairs, drainage, and water supply maintenance.
Monitor generators, UPS systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and compressors.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain maintenance logs and service reports.
Support emergency breakdown maintenance activities.
Coordinate with supervisors and other departments during maintenance works.
