Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Allocate site resources daily to optimize allocation and improve productivity.
- Ensure work follows the latest approved drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
- Communicate anticipated labor, machinery, and plant requirements to the Project Engineer or Site Engineer.
- Submit and follow up on material and plant requests to maintain work progress.
- Monitor production against established productivity rates and take immediate corrective action.
- Review daily work progress against the approved program.
- Ensure plant and machinery are not idle and return equipment to the workshop after work completion.
- Ensure compliance with company, site, and local authority safety practices.
- Ensure materials delivered to site are stored according to manufacturer or supplier recommendations.
- Monitor work quality, maintain site housekeeping, and prepare daily site reports.
Skills, Experience and Education
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Diploma or ITI-certified technician qualification.
- Eight to ten years of experience in the swimming pool industry.
- Experience in construction projects.
License
- A driving license is preferred.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at a site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
