Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, manage field staff, ensure quality work, and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams.
- Assign and monitor daily work activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards.
- Communicate with clients and prepare work reports.
- Monitor staff attendance and productivity.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
