Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry work for building maintenance and repair.
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, cabinets, wardrobes, and wooden fixtures.
• Perform wooden partition, ceiling, and other carpentry work as required.
• Repair and replace damaged wooden items and fittings.
• Take accurate measurements and prepare materials according to requirements.
• Use carpentry tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Attend maintenance requests and complete assigned jobs within the required time.
• Coordinate with maintenance team members and other technicians when required.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards at the worksite.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a carpenter, preferably in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of general carpentry work and repair techniques.
• Ability to read basic measurements and work drawings.
• Good knowledge of carpentry tools and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
