- Prepare interim payment applications and final account submissions
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, invoices, and payment certifications
Requirements
- 8 12 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying
- Experience in preparing quantity take offs and BOQs for MEP works
- Knowledge of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost reporting
