- Plan, supervise, and execute MEP and civil works in line with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
- Conduct regular inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure that materials, workmanship, and systems comply with QA/QC requirements
- Review drawings and technical documents, coordinate with contractors and consultants, resolve site issues
- Prepare progress and inspection reports
- Support project scheduling, risk identification, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in MEP and civil engineering, including design review, installation supervision, and site coordination
- Demonstrated experience in QA/QC processes such as inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance with applicable standards and codes
- Proficiency in engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of local building regulations, safety practices, and construction industry best practices in the UAE or GCC region
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors on site
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses (e.g., membership in an engineering society or local authority approvals) are an advantage
- Previous experience in real estate development, inspections, or consulting is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for an MEP, QA/QC, and Civil Engineer.
