Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in building inspections, construction, or real estate projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation accurately
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Civil and MEP Engineer role based in Dubai.
- The Civil and MEP Engineer will oversee the inspection, design review, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various building projects.
- Daily responsibilities include assessing building services and civil structures, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, identifying non compliance or risks, and preparing clear inspection and engineering reports.
- The role involves close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all building services and civil works meet regulatory standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
- The engineer will also support quality assurance processes, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement of inspection methodologies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and MEP Coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Plumbing and Building Services.
- Candidates should possess fundamental competencies in Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in building inspections, construction, or real estate projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation accurately.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Professional certifications in engineering or inspection fields are an advantage.
