Role overview
The MEP Project Coordinator role is based in Ras Al Khor #3, Dubai.
The position supports estimation, operations, client communication, project coordination, and documentation.
Compensation
- The salary is AED 2,500 per month, all inclusive.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Estimation and Operations teams to prepare and submit quotations.
- Review client enquiries, scopes of work, drawings, and requirements.
- Coordinate with clients on technical and commercial clarifications.
- Follow up on quotations and assist with client communication.
- Prepare and coordinate work-order completion documents.
- Collect completion details and supporting documents from project and site teams.
- Maintain records of quotations, work orders, and project documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is highly preferable.
- Basic knowledge of MEP works and drawings is required.
- Good communication and coordination skills are required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel is required.
- UAE experience in MEP, estimation, quotations, or project coordination is preferred.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
