- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, look ahead plans, and progress reports
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions where necessary
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Conduct schedule analysis, resource planning, and productivity assessments
- Track procurement, material delivery, and construction activities against approved schedules
Requirements
- Experience in developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
