Responsibilities
- Manage all MEP works on site, ensuring delivery in line with programme, quality, and safety standards
- Coordinate and oversee MEP contractors, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
- Review and manage MEP design, shop drawings, and technical submissions
- Drive construction activities through to successful testing, commissioning, and handover
- Interface closely with project stakeholders including client, consultants, and delivery teams
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all MEP installations meet relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support quality assurance, snagging, and close out processes
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing across all MEP activities
Requirements
- Degree qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering (or related discipline)
- Proven experience as an MEP manager on commercial office fit out projects or similar fast paced environments
- Strong track record across construction, commissioning, and handover phases
- Experience working for a PMC, main contractor, or delivery partner on large scale developments
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, public health, and fire protection
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts for 9 12 months

Project Overview
- Opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, a major mixed use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts.
- Mace is seeking an experienced MEP manager for a commercial office fit out project in Riyadh.
You’ll be responsible for
- Manage all MEP works on site, ensuring delivery in line with programme, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and oversee MEP contractors, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers.
- Review and manage MEP design, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Drive construction activities through to successful testing, commissioning, and handover.
