About the Role
HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking an MEP Inspector to support inspection and quality assurance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure MEP installations comply with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical installations
- Verify contractor compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and local codes
- Monitor construction activities and report any deviations or non conformances
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve technical issues
- Review MEP shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- Prepare detailed daily inspection reports and maintain accurate records
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover processes for MEP systems
- Ensure work is performed in a safe and environmentally compliant manner
- Support project engineers with technical site inspections and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with 3+ years experience OR Diploma with 7+ years experience
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE)
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to quality assurance
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Computer literacy, including MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
- Ability to work effectively on site in coordination with multi disciplinary teams

Job Purpose
