- Prepare BOQs, price breakdowns, and material/resource estimates based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Develop scope sheets and manage inquiries, quotations, and price negotiations with suppliers
- Review tender documents for potential contract risks and work with the Estimation Lead to address them
- Provide technical guidance to Associate Estimators and Quantity Surveyors throughout the tender process
- Capable of handling Electrical / MEP Bills independently

- Experience in landscape construction industry
- Ability to prepare BOQs, price breakdowns, and material/resource estimates based on engineering drawings and specifications
