Responsibilities
- Design review and coordination of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting)
- Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and safety standards
- Manage site supervision, testing & commissioning of MEP services
- Review material submittals and method statements
- Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Support authority approvals and final inspections (DM/DDA/DCD/DEWA as applicable)
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and timely completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Valid UAE approved engineering license (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP works
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination
- Good communication, coordination, and site management skills
