Role Overview
MEICON is hiring an MEP Engineer specializing in civil, electrical, and communication systems.
The role supports high-rise residential projects across India.
Location
- The stated work location is Gattahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka.
- The role includes regular construction-site presence and site inspections.
Engineering and Estimation
- Prepare quantity estimates for electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
- Prepare plans, details, and cost estimates for plumbing, HVAC, fire, and piping systems.
- Evaluate design-change costs and contractor adjustment proposals.
Site Coordination and Control
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, clients, site utilities, and resource mobilization.
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and reviews of contractor methods, shop drawings, and materials.
- Maintain construction schedules, look-ahead plans, progress reports, and delay analysis.
