About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural teams
- Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Prepare and review MEP method statements and work procedures
- Coordinate material procurement schedules with project timelines
- Raise and manage RFIs with consultants
- Verify site measurements and ensure proper setting out of services
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP installations
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools
- Supervise on site installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensure works are executed per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project requirements
- Support cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in MEP engineering and coordination
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in BIM tools for clash detection
- Ability to review and approve MEP drawings and shop drawings
- Familiarity with local authority regulations and safety standards
