Role Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all MEP works on site, ensuring delivery in line with project specifications, schedule, budget, and safety requirements.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee all MEP construction activities on site
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other trades
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion
Planning & Coordination
- Develop work programs and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Conduct progress meetings and resolve technical issues
Quality & Hse
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and project specifications
- Implement and monitor HSE requirements on site
Cost & Commercial
- Monitor project costs and resource utilization
- Review variations and cost implications
Testing & Commissioning
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and system handover
- Coordinate with vendors and authorities for approvals
Authority Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
Team Management
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Provide technical support and ensure productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and GCC standards
