Job Summary
The HSE Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring that all work activities on site are carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
The role focuses on preventing accidents, monitoring safety practices, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure safe work practices.
- Enforce HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct site safety inspections and identify hazards.
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Supervise high-risk activities (lifting, working at height, hot works, excavation, etc.).
- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.
- Maintain HSE records and documentation.
- Coordinate with project team and subcontractors on safety matters.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Safety or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
- Good communication skills.
