Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in Membership Sales and Sales, with ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Training or onboarding new members preferred
- Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail sales preferred
- Ability to work on site in Ajman, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Membership Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed membership and revenue targets
- Strong Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and building long term member relationships
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Training or onboarding new members, including explaining club policies, facilities, and fitness programs
- Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail sales is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Ajman, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours as required
- Basic computer and CRM skills for managing leads, member data, and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sports management, or related fields is an advantage
