Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote healthcare services, treatments, and packages
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed appointments and consultations
- Follow up with potential patients to encourage bookings and maintain engagement
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding services, doctors, procedures, and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to increase retention and repeat visits
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment booking targets
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, sales activities, and follow ups in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and patient support
- Follow up on missed appointments, pending treatments, and patient feedback opportunities
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center Sales, or Customer Relationship Management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or appointment conversion targets
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple leads effectively
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and general computer applications
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
