Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain ePCR systems within healthcare facilities and hospitals
- Plan and execute end to end clinical system implementations, including testing, commissioning, and user acceptance
- Integrate medical devices with HIS, EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, and other healthcare information systems
- Configure and troubleshoot interfaces using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and other healthcare communication standards
- Configure network connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and secure remote access where required
- Provide onsite and remote technical support and preventive maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing healthcare IT systems
- Proven experience deploying and supporting ePCR platforms
- Experience integrating medical devices with hospital information systems
- Strong understanding of HL7 v2.x, FHIR, DICOM, TCP/IP networking, VPNs, SQL databases, Windows Server and Linux environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer facing abilities

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Integration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) systems, as well as connecting medical devices to Hospital Information S
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain ePCR systems within healthcare facilities and hospitals.
- Plan and execute end to end clinical system implementations, including testing, commissioning, and user acceptance.
- Integrate medical devices with HIS, EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, and other healthcare information systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot interfaces using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and other healthcare communication standards.
- Configure network connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and secure remote access where required.
- Work with customers' IT departments to ensure seamless integration and cybersecurity compliance.
- Install and configure servers, databases, and application software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation, integration diagrams, installation reports, and user manuals.
- Deliver technical training to healthcare professionals and IT administrators.
- Travel within the UAE for customer projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing healthcare IT systems.
- Proven experience deploying and supporting ePCR platforms.
- Experience integrating medical devices with hospital information systems.
- Strong understanding of: HL7 v2.x, FHIR, DICOM, TCP/IP networking, VPNs, SQL databases, Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and interface engines is highly desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer facing abilities.
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
