Next Care Dental Clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist for its healthcare team.
The role is suitable for someone interested in starting or developing a career in healthcare.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person in the UAE.
Preferred Candidate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous reception or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Dental clinic experience is preferred.
- Tagalog language ability is required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Explain clinic services and treatment options to patients.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments.
- Assist the dental and medical team with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

Compensation
