Next Care Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced front desk or dental receptionist to join its healthcare team in Dubai.
The role supports patients and customers and requires a confident, friendly, professional approach.
Requirements
- Previous reception or front desk experience in Dubai or the UAE is required.
- One year of dental clinic experience and one year of experience working in Dubai are required.
- Good English communication, strong customer service, and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- An active, energetic, positive, professional, and well-presented approach is expected.
- Tagalog-speaking ability and healthcare or dental clinic experience are advantages.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls, appointments, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Manage front-desk operations for patients and customers.
Compensation and benefits
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
- The employer offers a professional and friendly working environment and career growth opportunities.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai, Deira City Center.
