Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory.
• Execute sales and marketing plans in the assigned territory.
• Implement territory coverage plans covering sales-call volume and visit frequency.
• Deliver customer-centric activities with the direct manager.
• Organize audio-visual activities for healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain daily reports, customer profiles, and marketing feedback reports.
• Plan weekly and monthly work schedules and timetables.
• Attend company meetings as instructed by the direct manager.
• Keep current with company-provided clinical data and present it to health professionals.
• Monitor competitor sales and marketing activities and report findings.
• Submit daily and monthly reports according to the country reporting system.

Core Competencies and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related science.
• A language preferred for the relevant country business needs.
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasive skills.
• Ambitious, dynamic, team-oriented, persistent, dedicated, and self-motivated.
• Excellent time and territory management skills.
