Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Visit physicians to help them manage patient disease using Viatris products.
• Provide healthcare professionals with product samples, scientific literature, clinical-trial information, usage guidance, dosage information, and side-effect information.
• Engage healthcare practitioners and key opinion leaders to gather feedback and answer questions about Viatris products.
• Provide management with feedback on customer requests, promotional responses, product access, and healthcare-system changes.
• Support marketing-campaign preparation by sharing market and customer-needs feedback.
• Follow up on stock, consumption, and ordering processes.
• Organize activities in the assigned area and report healthcare-practitioner visits periodically.
• Prepare short-term action plans for the assigned area and products.
• Update customer lists based on targeting, segmentation, and customer insights.
• Create and maintain customer advocates by aligning with customer priorities and needs.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, activities, market feedback, threats, and opportunities.
• Explore business opportunities and expand the scope of customer reach.
