Medical Representative

Job Description

• ​A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical aesthetic products and injectable devices (such as fillers, botulinum toxins, and biostimulators) to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
• They provide clinical and product information, answer queries, and facilitate sales to achieve company commercial targets.
• ​Responsibilities:
• ​Meet with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners to promote and sell aesthetic injectable products.
• ​Provide accurate clinical and technical information about products, addressing healthcare providers' queries and concerns.
• ​Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinics, medical centers, and hospitals.
• ​Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities in the aesthetic field.
• ​Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• ​Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• ​Attend aesthetic conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• ​Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical compliance standards.
• ​Qualifications & Requirements:
• ​Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• ​Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in aesthetic medical sales, specifically with injectable products.
• ​Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• ​Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• ​Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• ​Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
• ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
• ​Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible schedules when required.
• ​Valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
• ​Professional appearance, customer-focused mindset, and strong ethical conduct.
