Job Description
- A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical aesthetic products and injectable devices (such as fillers, botulinum toxins, and biostimulators) to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
- They provide clinical and product information, answer queries, and facilitate sales to achieve company commercial targets.
- Responsibilities:
- Meet with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners to promote and sell aesthetic injectable products.
- Provide accurate clinical and technical information about products, addressing healthcare providers' queries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinics, medical centers, and hospitals.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities in the aesthetic field.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Attend aesthetic conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical compliance standards.
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in aesthetic medical sales, specifically with injectable products.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible schedules when required.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Professional appearance, customer-focused mindset, and strong ethical conduct.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
