Role Overview
Promote and sell orthopedic and physiotherapy products to healthcare professionals.
Meet with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals and manage customer accounts.
Build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Pursue new business opportunities and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital teams.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and sales opportunities.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies and recommend marketing strategies to enhance performance.
- Provide accurate product information and emphasize product benefits.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Manage customer accounts and build strong customer relationships.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
