Essential functions and duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market-share targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, tenders, and pricing agreements.
- Ensure efficient supply chain management and stock movement.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report key metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.

Requirements
- Ability to develop and execute sales, marketing, and eCommerce plans for healthcare and medical markets.
- Experience or capability managing relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
