- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and patient inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic management systems
- Handle billing, payments, insurance coordination, and daily cash reconciliation
- Coordinate schedules for dentists, aesthetic practitioners, and clinic staff
- Assist with patient treatment plans, recalls, and post treatment follow ups
- Ensure the reception area is organized and reflects the clinic's professional image
Requirements
- Experience as a Receptionist in a Dental and Aesthetic Clinic preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience using clinic management software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Tagalog speaker required
