- Manage proactive follow up and recall system for treatments, check ups, and results
- Accurately utilize EMR/clinic software for check ins, check outs, and secure record keeping
- Handle cash/card payments, issue accurate receipts, and assist with basic insurance verification
- Maintain a highly presentable, polished appearance and ensure a pristine, clutter free reception area
- Strictly adhere to internal clinic rules, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, and patient data privacy laws
Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or high end hospitality front of house in Dubai
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required
- Strong multi tasking skills with a professional demeanor
- 3 years of medical receptionist experience in Dubai
- Arabic is a major plus

Position Overview
- We are seeking a polished, highly organized Medical Receptionist for our brand new clinic in Mirdif. As the first point of contact, you will shape our premium patient experience and ensure seamless front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Experience: Greet patients warmly; handle phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries with absolute professionalism.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate flawless booking schedules, optimize appointment slots, and minimize patient wait times.
- Patient Care Cycle: Manage a proactive follow up and recall system for treatments, check ups, and results.
- Clinic Software & Records: Accurately utilize EMR/clinic software for check ins, check outs, and secure, confidential record keeping.
- Financials & Billing: Handle cash/card payments, issue accurate receipts, and assist with basic insurance verification.
- Clinic Presentation: Maintain a highly presentable, polished appearance and ensure a pristine, clutter free reception area.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to internal clinic rules, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, and patient data privacy laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or high end hospitality front of house in Dubai.
- Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a major plus).
- Strong multi tasking skills with a professional demeanor suited for a premium brand environment.
- Medical receptionist in Dubai: 3 years (Required).
Compensation
- Pay: AED 4,000 AED 6,000 per month.
