Responsibilities
- Provide flawless four handed dentistry assistance during clinical, restorative, and surgical dental procedures
- Monitor, track, and manage dental materials and consumable stock levels in treatment rooms
- Strictly adhere to DHA infection control protocols—sterilize instruments, disinfect treatment rooms, and maintain a pristine clinical environment
- Prepare patients for treatment, ensure their comfort, and explain post operative care instructions clearly and empathetically
- Set up instrument trays, prepare dental materials (composites, cements, impressions), and ensure equipment is calibrated and ready
- Take accurate dental X rays and digital scans as directed by the dentist
- Accurately update patient records and clinical notes within the clinic’s digital software
- Maintain a highly presentable, polished appearance and impeccable professional grooming at all times
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or eligibility letter as a Dental Assistant
- Proven experience in a dental clinic in Dubai
- Strong background in managing dental inventory and digital workflows is a major plus
- Excellent English communication
- Sharp attention to clinical detail

Position Overview
- We are seeking a skilled, detail oriented Dental Assistant for our brand new clinic in Mirdif. You will work closely with our dentists to provide exceptional clinical support, manage treatment room inventory, and ensure our patients receive a seamless, premium care experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside Assisting: Provide flawless four handed dentistry assistance during clinical, restorative, and surgical dental procedures.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor, track, and manage dental materials and consumable stock levels in the treatment rooms. Anticipate shortages and coordinate orders to ensure zero downtime.
- Sterilization & Infection Control: Strictly adhere to DHA infection control protocols—sterilize instruments, disinfect treatment rooms, and maintain a pristine clinical environment.
- Patient Care & Comfort: Prepare patients for treatment, ensure their comfort, and explain post operative care instructions clearly and empathetically.
- Clinical Setup: Set up instrument trays, prepare dental materials (composites, cements, impressions), and ensure equipment is calibrated and ready.
- Radiography & Scanning: Take accurate dental X rays and digital scans as directed by the dentist.
- Administration & EMR: Accurately update patient records and clinical notes within the clinic’s digital software.
- Professional Presentation: Maintain a highly presentable, polished appearance and impeccable professional grooming at all times.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or eligibility letter as a Dental Assistant is required.
- Experience: Proven experience in a dental clinic in Dubai; strong background in managing dental inventory and digital workflows is a major plus.
- Skills: Excellent English communication, sharp attention to clinical detail, and a warm, patient centric attitude.
