Job Title:** Customer Service Representative And Receptionist (Tagalog)

**Preferred** : (Female with own visa)

Job Description

BGS Medical Center is looking for a **dedicated and hardworking Female Customer Service Representative** with experience in **dental and dermatology clinics**.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to handle patient inquiries professionally across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming **phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries** (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information about **clinic services, treatments, and promotions**.
  • **Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments** efficiently.
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a **professional, friendly, and timely manner**.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding **patient schedules and treatment availability**.
  • Follow up with patients regarding **appointments, treatment plans, and post-visit feedback**.
  • Maintain proper **patient records and inquiry logs**.
  • Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in **converting inquiries into booked appointments**.
  • Ensure excellent **customer service and patient satisfaction** at all times.

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Experience in a **Dental or Dermatology clinic** is highly preferred.
  • Strong **communication and customer service skills**.
  • Experience handling **social media inquiries and online leads**.
  • Ability to **multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment**.
  • Basic knowledge of **clinic management systems and appointment scheduling** is an advantage.
  • Professional attitude, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills

  • Sales or patient coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with **WhatsApp Business and social media messaging platforms**.
  • Fluent in **English** (additional languages are a plus).
