Requirements
- Strong reception and front desk skills
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and coordinating patient flow
- Clear, courteous phone etiquette for handling high call volumes
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Previous experience in a healthcare, cosmetic, or dental clinic reception or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using clinic software and standard office applications
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Role Description
- The Medical Receptionist is a full time, on site role based at Enfield Royal Clinic in Abu Dhabi.
- The team member will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting visitors and managing the reception area.
- Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating patient flow, maintaining records, and handling payments.
Qualifications
- Strong reception and front desk skills, including Receptionist Duties.
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and coordinating patient flow.
- Clear, courteous Phone Etiquette for handling high call volumes.
- Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, cosmetic, or dental clinic reception or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling confidential information.
- Comfort using clinic software, scheduling tools, and standard office applications.
