Medical Coding Management

6 years’ experience leading, directing, and evaluating the work of a team to meet organizational objectives.

7 years’ experience coding, clinical, or billing experience with documentation requirements related to regulatory reimbursement rules, regulations, reimbursement systems (federal, state and payer specific), and health insurance processing is required.

AAPC or AHIMA certification required.

Proven experience leading and working effectively in a remote environment.

Proficiency in software applications ( EPIC , iCentra, etc.)

This role is expected to work during UMB office hours which are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Mountain Time.
